General FAQs
?	Where do I find prices?
	Answer: Because of the variation in import duties and shipping costs worldwide, we do not publish a price list on our web site. In order to get up to date pricing and availability, please contact your local dealer or distributor. These can be found on the dealer contacts page.
?	There is no dealer listed for my country. How can I get Prism Sound Equipment?
	Answer: If there is no representation in your country, please contact us directly. There are very few places where we are not able to supply solutions.
?	I get Adobe Acrobat starting when I visit the Prism Sound home page. What's going on?
	Answer: The Prism Sound home page does not use any PDF content, but does contain an Adobe Shockwave/Flash animation. It appears that with some browser/Acrobat Reader combinations, Adobe Acrobat gets triggered falsely. The page is checked to be HTML compliant and it would appear that this is a rare problem to do with the Adobe Acrobat reader installation. Installing the latest version of Acrobat Reader has been shown to fix it. This page may have more information: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/326/326299.html.
