There are numerous ways to get support for Prism Sound products and solutions. All the manuals and on-line help files are available for download on the downloads page. There are FAQs and technical tips for individual products in the products pages. There is a form for submitting a technical support query, which includes phone and email details for contacting us directly.
RETURNS:
If you need to return a unit for any reason please contact us to obtain an RMA number before sending it to us. This ensures that we can book your unit in for service in a timely manner and let you know the cost and expected completion date. If you are not in the UK, please note also:
European Union (EU) customers
If you bought your unit through a local dealer or distributor you may like to contact them first for help or advice before returning the unit to us.
For customers outside the UK and EU
It is important that customers outside the EU do NOT return items to our UK office without following proper export/import procedures as items will attract UK customs charges if sent without the relevant procedures being followed. We reserve the right to refuse to accept goods that are sent without prior notification and/or the customer will be liable for any customs charges that may result from incorrect processing.
For customers in North or South America, please contact our US office who will advise you of the correct procedure for returns.
For customers in other countries please contact your local dealer or distributor who will advise you of the correct procedure for returns.
