Wednesday Webinars Phone Info

Please note that webinars have audio supplied automatically using VoIP direct to your computer complete with instructions and test facilities for making sure the audio is working. You will not normally be able to use your microphone as attendees will default to being muted.

In some instances you may find that there is insufficient network bandwidth for both the webinar video and the audio feed. In this case you may find that you benefit from using the parallel phone feed. The parallel phone feed is part of the Citrix GoToWebinar service and provides the same audio data as the VoIP stream. The phone details are provided in the software when you log in to the webinar. Please note that this is a backup feature and you will be charged your standard long-distance rate for calling this number, just as if you made a regular long-distance call.
