Introducing Doug Ordon: US Test and Measurement representative
Doug studied Electrical Engineering at the University of Minnesota Institute of Technology before founding his own calibration laboratory. Soon afterwards he began his career in test & measurement sales as the first US sales representative for Audio Precision, a spin-off of Tektronix. As a long time member of their team he was instrumental in the sales and success of establishing Audio Precision as a world market leader in audio test instrumentation. Subsequently Doug left his roots in audio to pursue his interest in video. Working for a FAST 50 Silicon Valley company, Pinnacle Systems, he launched the sales of ground breaking networkable video equipment and made landmark sales of the video server products they acquired from Hewlett-Packard. Today, Doug runs a manufacturer’s representative firm, specializing in audio test instrumentation and advanced audio and video digital technologies. Due to Doug’s extensive knowledge of audio test and measurement, and the Prism Sound range in particular, he is the ideal contact for discussing any audio test application you may have.
