Glossary definition of 'Common-mode rejection ratio'

(CMRR) A measurement of the ability of a balanced input circuit to reject an undesired signal that is common to both input terminals. The dScope Analogue Outputs have a CMRR test mode where the output signal is presented as common-mode instead of differential.
