A recent graduate from De Montfort University, Rowe is delighted to be part of this highly respected pro audio company.
Cambridge, UK. September 28th 2017: Audio equipment manufacturer Prism Sound has appointed William Rowe to the position of Junior Sales Executive, with immediate effect.
Rowe recently graduated from De Montfort University, Leicester, with a BSc in Audio and Recording Technology. At Prism Sound, he will be responsible for supporting the pro audio sales team and dealing with sales enquiries across the company entire range of products, which include high quality A/D D/A audio converters and interfaces.
Prism Sound’s Marketing Manager, Jody Thorne, says: “We are delighted to welcome Will to the company and look forward to helping him develop his career in pro audio. Prism Sound has always supported young people entering our industry – not least through our extensive Mic to Monitor educational seminar programme – and we are very pleased to have such a dedicated graduate as part of our team.”
Originally from Bristol, Rowe initially planned a career in music but became interested in the technical side of music production while studying at De Montfort.
“I first learned about Prism Sound technology when I attended a talk by mastering engineer Mandy Parnell, who explained why she really rated their equipment,” he says. “Soon after that, my lecturer spotted an advertisement on the JAMES website for an internship at Prism Sound so I decided to apply. I was thrilled when the company offered me a full time job and I am already really enjoying working here.”
